The Move Towards Measurable Media
Convenience Advertising’s c-vision technology is the latest in digital media offering advertisers the opportunity to extend the reach and frequency of their TV schedule. c-vision is a digitally enhanced hand-dryer built to play 15 or 30 second TVCs upon activation i.e. when hands are placed under the hand-dryer.
With each activation recorded and reported to Convenience Advertising daily, the c-vision units are a measurable medium allowing advertisers to assess the probable impact of the campaign based on the daily impressions. Each activation is recorded as a hit on the c-vision website, allowing clients to see exactly where and when their ad was viewed. TVCs as well as latent ads can be uploaded onto the c-vision hand-dryer units. The units are currently installed in selected shopping centres and airports across Australia along with premium venues such as Federation Square and Rod Laver Arena (Melbourne).
Digital signs take advantage of rapidly developing technologies for networking, scheduling, content management, and electronic displays. When integrated effectively, these technologies can deliver advertising that can be sold in "day parts," (like radio and television) or complement/displace traditional signage in stores, on buildings, or in other public places.
